Despite the effort and time that we put in to help parents, students and tutors, a minority of them choose to abuse our trust and not honour their payment obligations. To help agencies avoid wasting their time on these individuals, and to help you, our fellow Singaporeans be wary of the dishonest character of these individuals, we have decided to aggregate a “Non-payment Blacklist”; a list of individuals who have yet to fulfil their payment obligations.

Policy
- Individuals who enter the Non-payment Blacklist should have received at least 3 reminders via email, SMS, phone-call or letter informing them about their payment obligations
- Individuals’ payments must be overdue for 90 days or more before they are included in the list
- Individuals shall contact the respective agencies regarding their outstanding payments
- Cases will be deleted from this list upon confirmation of outstanding payment
- Agencies may submit their cases for listing by replying to this thread with the details:
i) name
ii) address
iii) contact number
iv) amounting outstanding
v) due date
vi) agency submitted (with link to your contact page)
